Head of Team MES/MOM

We are looking for a
Head of Team MES/MOM
with a strong technical and functional background to lead a team of consultants in designing and delivering innovative MES/MOM solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, project delivery oversight, and strategic development of the MES/MOM practice, ensuring high-quality implementations, customer satisfaction, and continuous team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MES/MOM team, ensuring proper workload distribution, skill development, and career progression.
• Oversee the MES/MOM project portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Supervise requirements gathering, functional analysis, and system architecture design for MES/MOM implementations.
• Provide technical and methodological leadership on key MES platforms such as Dassault Apriso (mandatory), Siemens OpCenter, SAP ME, others (nice to have).
• Define and evolve the technology roadmap and best practices within the MES/MOM area.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities and proposal definition.
• Act as a mentor and coach for the team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Serve as a key point of contact for major clients, providing strategic guidance and handling critical escalations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in MES/MOM environments, including 3–5 years in team leadership or project management roles.
• Strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes Apriso (Execution, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Machine Integrator, Dispatching) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of other leading MES systems such as Siemens OpCenter, SAP ME, or Rockwell FactoryTalk is nice to have.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and warehouse processes.
• Proven experience in industrial sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or Machinery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with low-code or model-driven development tools for MES/MOM solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies applied to industrial software delivery.
• Experience managing distributed or nearshore/offshore technical teams.
