I'm supporting a rapidly scaling SaaS company who are transforming the way businesses manage their people operations. With significant investment, strong leadership and a product that is already loved by the market, they are now expanding their commercial function and hiring a number of Business Development Representatives to support continued growth across the SME space.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hungry to learn, grow and ultimately break into high-performance tech sales. You'll act as the first touchpoint for potential customers, driving top-of-funnel activity and booking qualified opportunities for the wider Sales team.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- 0–2 years' experience in Sales or Business Development (SaaS/Tech experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Confident communicator with the ability to pick up the phone and open doors with prospective customers.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails and lead qualification.
- Highly motivated and results-driven – you enjoy working towards targets and the idea of uncapped commission motivates you rather than scares you.
- Curious mindset with a real willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve.
- Entrepreneurial approach – you identify opportunities, offer solutions and contribute to refining outbound processes.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.
