Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del team Sales Customer Account dedicato al mercato italiano con la missione di supportare gli albergatori nella crescita del loro business. Sarai protagonista nella costruzione di relazioni solide e durature con i nostri clienti , aiutandoli a sfruttare al meglio le nostre soluzioni.

Le tue responsabilità principali saranno:

  • Rappresentare Blastness verso i nostri clienti con professionalità ed empatia.
  • Gestire un portfolio clienti in un'ottica di fidelizzazione e retention.
  • Analizzare le performance e proporre upgrade/upselling.
  • Presentare nuovi prodotti e gestire trattative commerciali.
  • Organizzare videocall di aggiornamento con i clienti per presentare nuove opportunità.
  • Collaborare con il team ed occasionalmente partecipare a fiere, eventi e visite on-site presso gli hotel partner.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

Esperienza e competenze richieste:

  • Esperienza in account management o vendite (preferibilmente in hospitality).
  • Background nella vendita di soluzioni SaaS B2B o revenue management.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Padronanza del pacchetto Office e uso meticoloso del CRM.
  • Laurea triennale/magistrale o master.

Attitudine e soft skills:

  • Orientamento al cliente e ai risultati.
  • Team player entusiasta e collaborativo.
  • Empatia, ascolto e determinazione.
  • Interesse per il travel tech e l'analisi dati alberghieri.
  • Flessibilità, etica e trasparenza.

Plus: conoscenza della lingua inglese.
