Must-have requirements (please read first)

  • Proven experience in Program / Project Management on complex programs (Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Space or similarly regulated industries)
  • Strong capability to manage schedule, cost, risks, stakeholders and cross-functional execution
  • Professional English (meetings, reporting, documentation)

Confidential hiring campaign

A leading, structured Aerospace & Defense industrial group is launching a confidential hiring campaign to build a pipeline of senior program leadership profiles for multiple assignments in 2026 (not one specific role). The goal is to create a shortlist for strategic programs with international customers and partners.

What you may be responsible for (depending on assignment)

  • End-to-end program governance: planning, milestones, KPIs, corrective actions
  • Customer interface and alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain
  • Risk & opportunity management, change control, executive reporting
  • Coordination of cross-functional teams and key suppliers

Nice to have (not required)

  • Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., EN 9100, airworthiness/compliance contexts, export control at a general level)
  • Experience in bid/proposal or program industrialization / ramp-up
  • Technical background (Engineering) + structured leadership experience
