About This Role
As the Key Cities Program Manager for Italy, you will be the strategic engine behind our most vital urban markets. Based in Milan, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive targeted growth and national performance by balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

We lead, deliver, and care; in this role, you will embody these values by collaborating across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure we remain the customer's first choice in a competitive landscape.

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days a week from our Milan office)
  • Reporting to: Country Strategy & Program Manager

What You'll Do

  • Hyperlocal Strategy: Develop and execute tailored growth plans for key Italian cities, moving beyond "one-size-fits-all" to maximize market penetration.
  • Strategic Influence: Act as the bridge between local markets and the Leadership Team, building business cases to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Performance Engine: Monitor city-level KPIs and coordinate investments to ensure long-term profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Impact: Oversee 360° cost-benefit analyses, tracking impact on key metrics like GMV and order volume.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead projects with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure flawless execution and maximum local impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in a program management or strategic role, ideally within fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or consulting environments.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to build investment plans and distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for decision-making.
  • Matrix Leadership: Excellent influencing skills with a track record of driving results through collaboration in a complex organization.
  • Agile Mindset: A proactive, "hands-on" approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
  • Language & Mobility: Fluency in both Italian and English, with the flexibility to travel frequently between key Italian cities.
