What will you do?

We are seeking a DialogFlow CX Specialist with:

  • Experience working with Dialogflow CX in production environments.

  • Design and configuration of flows, pages, intents, and entities.

  • Implementation and consumption of REST APIs.

  • Development and maintenance of webhooks.

  • Proficiency in JSON handling and conditional logic.

  • Experience integrating conversational assistants with backend systems (CRM, databases, internal services).

  • Experience in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of conversational bots.

  • Conversational Italian or English.
