Sales Manager Italy
L'azienda opera in un contesto strutturato e competitivo, con attenzione alla qualità del servizio e all'innovazione.
Il/La Sales Manager riporterà direttamente al Direttore Italia e sarà responsabile della guida del team commerciale, con l'obiettivo di sviluppare ed eseguire un piano strategico di vendita, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e il consolidamento della presenza sul mercato.
Responsabilità
- Promuovere una crescita solida del business, assicurando l'acquisizione di nuovi ordini e la fidelizzazione dei clienti attraverso la creazione di partnership durature;
- Coordinare e supportare il team commerciale, promuovendo efficacia operativa e coerenza strategica;
- Definire e implementare il piano commerciale, identificando priorità settoriali e proposte competitive.
- Analizzare trend di mercato, definendo forecast, KPI e budget di vendita e monitorando costantemente performance e risultati
- Ottimizzare processi e strumenti commerciali, incluse politiche di pricing e modalità operative coerenti con le linee guida aziendali.
- Collaborare con la direzione aziendale per intercettare tendenze e leve strategiche utili alla crescita organica dell'organizzazione
- Attivare iniziative di sviluppo del business e marketing volte a rafforzare visibilità, posizionamento e pipeline commerciale
- Favorire un approccio orientato ai risultati e alla responsabilità condivisa.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline economiche
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli commerciali e di gestione di team, maturata in aziende strutturate del settore industriale, fornitrici di prodotti e soluzioni per la manifattura
(es. Fluid Handling / Pumps / Energy ecc.) - Capacità comprovata di definire ed eseguire piani commerciali di medio-lungo periodo, supportando una crescita costante di ricavi e marginalità e applicando best practice commerciali
- Capacità di guidare il team verso obiettivi operativi e risultati misurabili
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese
