In this key role, you will sit at the core of Revalue's financial platform, acting as a strategic partner to the CEOs and senior management.

The position is designed for a high-performing finance professional with
5–8 years of experience
, with a
clear path to assume a key role within the finance team over the short term
, subject to performance and mutual alignment.

You will be primarily responsible for managing the
financial strategy of the group
, with a strong focus on
project finance, banking relationships, refinancing processes, and capital structure optimization
, supporting the rapid growth of an integrated renewable energy platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, review, and ownership of
    financial models
    for project finance, refinancings, acquisitions, and M&A transactions
  • Manage relationships with
    banks, financial institutions, advisors, and investors
    , acting as a key point of contact on financing matters
  • Coordinate and oversee
    due diligence processes
    for financings, refinancings, and acquisitions
  • Support the
    origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing
    of project finance and corporate finance transactions
  • Prepare and present
    investment memoranda, financial presentations, project teasers, and lender materials
  • Analyze key value drivers, perform sensitivity and scenario analyses
    , and assess financial, tax, and regulatory implications
  • Monitor portfolio performance, debt service profiles, and covenant compliance
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the
    group's financial strategy
    , including funding plans and capital allocation
  • Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to support new business opportunities and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years of professional experience
    in project finance, M&A, investment banking, infrastructure funds, or similar environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    project finance structures
    , preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector
  • Advanced
    financial modeling and Excel
    skills
  • Solid understanding of financing documentation, bank requirements, and transaction processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage
    multiple transactions in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in Italian and English
    is required
