As part of strengthening our team in the Milan office, we are looking for a:

Private Consultant
What will your challenge be?
As a Consultant you will join our team dedicated to Private Capital, with a specific focus on deals and value creation. You will be involved in strategic projects for our clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Screening to identify market opportunities, Due Diligence to confirm the targets, or value creation Plans to determine developments
  • Developing and reviewing business plans to evaluate investment projects.
  • Engaging in business valuation processes for transactions, using both traditional and innovative approaches.
  • Providing strategic and financial analysis to support our clients' strategic decisions.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking professionals with experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, with strong financial expertise and the capability to analyze complex data. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work in teams, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Required qualifications:

  • Interest in the Private Equity industry or 2 years to 5 years of experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, gained at consulting firms, investment banks, financial boutiques, or Private Equity firms.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics.
  • Experience and proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Understanding of financial statements and knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles.
  • Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics with a financial focus.
  • Outstanding command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
