We are currently looking for a Main Office Assistant Intern to join our team.

The intern will support daily front-office operations and collaborate closely with teachers, students, and families, contributing to the smooth running of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-office activities: greeting students, handling phone calls, and providing first-contact information.
  • Provide operational support to teachers and the Academic Team.
  • Act as a point of contact for families regarding daily organizational matters.
  • Provide operational support for staff and students (Manage office supplies and didactic material orders; Manage student entry/exit procedures and monitor attendance)
  • Carry out school office tasks, such as providing families with school documentation (enrollment forms, feedback questionnaires, etc.), helping with the management of the students' archive, supporting the main office in the communication with families, and organizing fieldtrips
  • Support the organization of school exams and contribute to school events.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proactive attitude, reliability, and interest in international education.
