Responsibilities
Il

Quality Coordinator
è responsabile dell'implementazione, monitoraggio e miglioramento del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità (SGQ) all'interno dei progetti di costruzione civile. Supporta il Quality Manager e il Project Manager nel garantire che tutte le attività siano conformi alle normative internazionali, ai requisiti contrattuali e agli standard interni dell'azienda.

  • Supportare nella redazione, revisione e aggiornamento di Procedure, Istruzioni Operative e Piani Qualità di progetto.
  • Collaborare al controllo della documentazione tecnica e contrattuale.
  • Preparare e verificare i Piani di Controllo e le Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
  • Coordinare le attività di controllo qualità in cantiere: controlli visivi, dimensionali, test sui materiali, verifiche documentali.
  • Assicurare che fornitori e subcontractor rispettino gli standard di qualità richiesti
  • Eseguire audit interni e audit presso i fornitori secondo le normative applicabili.
  • Gestire le Non Conformità (NC), il processo di Root Cause Analysis (RCA) e i Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Garantire la conformità ai requisiti FIDIC, UNI/EN e ad altre normative tecniche internazionali del settore civile.
  • Redigere report periodici sulla qualità di progetto (QC weekly report, Monthly Quality Report).
  • Monitorare KPI di qualità (NC rate, test success rate, supplier performance).
  • Presentare analisi dei dati al Project Manager e al Quality Manager.
  • Interfacciarsi quotidianamente con Direzione Lavori, Construction Manager, HSE team e Procurement.
  • Coordinare la gestione qualità con laboratori esterni e enti di certificazione.
  • Supportare la formazione in materia di qualità per personale interno e fornitori.

Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Gestionale, dei Materiali o discipline affini.
  • 5-7 anni di esperienza in ruoli Quality in aziende di costruzioni civili o infrastrutturali.
  • Preferibile certificazione Lead Auditor ISO 9001 o equivalente.
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione basati su normative internazionali.
  • Conoscenza approfondita degli standard internazionali (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Conoscenza delle principali normative del settore costruzioni: UNI/EN, Eurocodici, specifiche tecniche di progetto.
  • Capacità di lettura e verifica di disegni tecnici e specifiche costruttive.
  • Esperienza nella gestione e tracciabilità della documentazione qualità (Material Approval, Inspection Request, Test Report).
