Global Press Office Specialist (focus estero)

Attività principali


• Gestione database e mailing list giornalisti: aggiornamento continuo, segmentazione avanzata e qualità dei dati.


• Supporto alla redazione di comunicati stampa, press kit e contenuti editoriali, in coerenza con il piano editoriale e le priorità aziendali.


• Messa online dei press kit sul sito dedicato, nel rispetto di completezza, coerenza e corretto versioning dei materiali.


• Invio di note stampa e recall proattivi verso giornalisti e testate estere, con tracciamento KPI (aperture, click, risposte, pubblicazioni) e ottimizzazione delle successive.


• Pianificazione, invio e monitoraggio degli inviti agli eventi all'estero del Salone, con segmentazione target, gestione RSVP e allineamento con il team eventi.


• Media relations continuative: sviluppo e mantenimento delle relazioni con giornalisti, agenzie PR e media partner, con focus estero e presidio delle testate chiave.


• Supporto all'organizzazione di eventi, press conference e attività di media engagement in Italia e all'estero.


• Monitoraggio della copertura mediatica e produzione di report qualitativi e quantitativi (insight, rassegne, benchmark, learnings operativi).


• Partecipazione a iniziative e progetti speciali (es. press book, dossier tematici), a supporto della reputazione e della visibilità del Salone

Requisiti richiesti:


• Laurea in Comunicazione, Relazioni Pubbliche o discipline affini.


•
Esperienza di
almeno 3 anni

in ruoli analoghi
, in agenzie PR internazionali nel settore design/lifestyle/eventi.


• Capacità di scrittura e storytelling


• Capacità di editing e revisione (attenzione e cura del dettaglio)


• Ottime doti relazionali e di networking


• Ottime capacità organizzative


• Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di media monitoring e PR management.


• Conoscenza del mondo del design, dell'architettura e della cultura contemporanea.


• Capacità di lavoro in team multidisciplinari e multiculturali


• Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1/ C2)


• Utilizzo Office 35 (Word, excel e power point)


• Conoscenza di Digital PR tools: familiarità con database media, mailing list segmentate, strumenti di distribuzione.


• Disponibilità a trasferte anche internazionali

E' previsto l'inserimento in un contesto qualificato e prestigioso che, nel tempo, può prevedere sviluppi ulteriori.
