In qualità di Ambassador della Maison, garantirai un'esperienza eccellente nelle nostre boutique durante tutto il percorso del cliente.

Le tue principali mansioni saranno le seguenti:

1. Essere il primo contatto in boutique con la Maison rispettando le nostre linee guida di grooming.

2. Accogliere calorosamente il cliente ed indirizzarlo verso gli spazi ed i Fashion Advisors, a seconda del motivo della sua visita garantendo un servizio su misura per i VIC.

3. Prestare massima attenzione alla qualità dell'accoglienza e gestire i flussi in boutique, assicurando un'organizzazione fluida del traffico con un focus sulla clientela internazionale.

4. In caso di attesa, intrattenere ed animare la conversazione con il cliente attraverso gli strumenti messi a disposizione dalla Maison: essere garante di un'attesa piacevole.

5. Essere a conoscenza delle attività culturali della città per agevolare gli small talks con i clienti e supportare i Fashion Advisors.

6. Condividere con il tuo responsabile tutte le informazioni utili al miglioramento della client experience.

7. Essere un punto di riferimento per i servizi della boutique legati al client journey: gestione degli appuntamenti, servizio beverage ed Art of Wrapping (packaging).

8. Rispettare le istruzioni relative al buon funzionamento del negozio seguendo le indicazioni all'interno della Carta Boutique.

9. Contribuire all'animazione dei Morning Briefs.

Affidabilità, agilità e senso del servizio saranno ottimi punti di forza per portare a termine questa missione.

Requisiti: ​

- Eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative, con naturale predisposizione al dialogo e alla continua interazione con interlocutori diversi in un contesto multiculturale.

- Spiccata agilità mentale ed orientamento al problem solving.

- Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento a contesti dinamici e in continua evoluzione.

- Forte curiosità intellettuale e desiderio costante di apprendimento e crescita personale.

- Motivazione e forte interesse a lavorare nel settore della Moda e del Lusso, con attenzione ai dettagli e alle tendenze.

- Spirito di squadra e collaborazione.

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e padronanza di una seconda lingua straniera.
