With the aim of strengthening our team in Germany, we are recruiting a

Customer & Sales Service Center Associate (d/f/m).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders (via phone, email, fax)
  • Close collaboration with our logistics partner, quality department, accounting, field sales team, and parent company
  • Occasional telephone acquisition (occasional phone contact with existing and new customers)
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through active communication
  • Entering data for new customers as well as maintaining and regularly updating existing customer data
  • Managing approvals, complaints, returns, and inventory in SAP
  • Recording, processing, and tracking orders
  • Inspecting and documenting incoming goods as well as approving incoming goods

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Commercial training or education
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP and inventory management systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of conscientiousness and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
