Key Account Manager
Your responsibilities
- Developing sales and managing key accounts across Modern Trade (GDO), Traditional Trade, and HoReCa
- Building and expanding the distribution network on the Italian market
- Conducting commercial negotiations (pricing, trade terms, promotions)
- Acquiring new business partners and distributors
- Monitoring the market, competitors, and sales potential
- Delivering sales targets and reporting results
- Regular reporting to the headquarters (in English or Polish)
- Close cooperation with marketing and logistics teams
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector
- Proven experience in mineral water distribution
- Experience in beer sales or other beverages will be a strong asset
- In-depth knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade and HoReCa channels
- High level of independence and ownership in daily work
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
- Fluency in English or Polish, enabling smooth reporting to HQ
- University degree (economics, sales, management, marketing or related fields preferred)
- Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Italy
