About The Role

We're growing, and so can your career Vivid is excited to announce our expansion into Italy, bringing our innovative business product to a brand-new audience. As part of this expansion, we're looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive new customer acquisition in the Italian SME and freelancer market. 
We value agility, ownership, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you will focus primarily on attracting new business customers, guiding them from the first contact through successful onboarding and activation.

Your Mission
  • Engage inbound leads and turn them into new business customers through effective phone sales. 
  • Identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the sales funnel.
  • Own the closing process and ensure end-to-end customer activation.
  • Proactively support new customers in onboarding to our products and services. 
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored business banking solutions. 
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve products.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales activities and key performance metrics.


Your Profile
  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience).
  • Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
