Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representatives Wanted Relocate to Portugal
Are you a fluent Italian speaker ready to kick-start an exciting international career? Were hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a vibrant, multicultural team supporting a global client in Portugal.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Ensuring a high-quality, customer-first experience
- Escalating complex cases when needed and following up accordingly
What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Great interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship not provided)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
