Openjobmetis Spa, Divisione Permanent Placement , è alla ricerca di un/aSalesManagerper un'importante azienda che produce e commercializzapackaging in cartaper il settore della gelateria e della ristorazione.Sei una persona proattiva, con una comprovata esperienza nel settore alimentare e una passione per il mondo della gelateria e pasticceria?Allora potresti essere la persona giusta per guidare e sviluppare le strategie di vendita per il nostro clienteLa PosizioneIl/laSales Manager , riportando direttamente al Responsabile Commerciale, avrà il compito di coordinare e potenziare le attività di vendita nel canalegelateria e pasticceria .Sarai responsabile in prima persona di: Sviluppare e implementare strategie di venditainnovative per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi aziendali di crescita.Gestire e far crescere le relazionicon i principali distributori del settore, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.Analizzare le performance dei clientie monitorare costantemente il mercato per identificare nuove opportunità di crescita e massimizzare le vendite.Collaborarecon figure tecniche e commerciali interne ed esterne all'azienda per ottimizzare i processi.Fornire report periodicie dettagliati sulle vendite, i risultati delle negoziazioni e le previsioni al management.RequisitiPer ricoprire con successo questo ruolo, cerchiamo un/a professionista con: Almeno3 anni di esperienzanel ruolo di Sales, maturata in aziende strutturate delsettore Food , preferibilmente nel segmentoPasticceria/Panetteria (Bakery)oAttrezzature per l'Ho.Re.Ca.Solida conoscenza ed esperienza nelcanale Food Service , con una forte preferenza per il mondo della gelateria e pasticceria.Una genuinapassione e interesse per il settore alimentare .Disponibilità a parteciparead eventi di settore e fiere.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Disponibilità a frequenti trasfertesul territorio italiano ed estero.Sede di Lavoro L'ufficio è situato nei pressi di Caronno PertusellaSi offre contratto Dipendente a Tempo Indeterminato, con una RAL molto interessante che verrà valutata in base alla seniority del profilo + Premio MBO
