HR Intern We are a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.At SLB we create amazing technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all.We are facing the world's greatest balancing act- how to simultaneously reduce emissions and meet the world's growing energy demands.Every day, a step closer.Our collective future depends on decarbonizing the fossil fuel industry, while innovating a new energy landscape.It's what drives us.Ensuring progress for people and the planet, on the journey to net zero and beyond.More than 98,000 employees over 120 countries already started their SLB journeys.We are looking for an energetic, talented candidate to join our HR Department in the capacity of HR Intern.The HR Intern is responsible for providing administrative and processing support for delivery of Human Resources (HR) services at the location, and for implementing HR processes and actions.The candidate will support as the first line of contact for management/employee queries and is expected to have a good grasp of the personnel/business issues with appropriate and proactive measures to regularly improve personnel performance and employee motivation.Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing HR documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence; Perform clerical duties associated with processing HR related data and information, and documentation archiving; Troubleshoot dataand reports; Monitor and sort on a daily basis the e-mails received on the PEC; Assist in rolloutand implementation of HR programs/processes; Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives; Help with organizationand logistics of teambuilding and local community events; Assist in coordinatinginternal and external training (both local and SLB ones) and recruitment activities; Assist in updating theHR Manuals; Help with the follow up of the seniority awards; Support HR team with queries regarding employee relations issues and/or concerns about motivation and job satisfaction; Support and assist business/line managers on interpretation and administration of Personnel policies and programs; Ensure compliancewiththe Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines; Travel as required forbusiness purposes to our offices in Pescara and RavennaEmployees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company.Currently has or is in the process of obtaining the relevant university degree in Human Resources or Business ManagementInterested in starting and developing a career in HR within a multinational environment; Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice Applications; Fluent English and Italian are mandatoryProud member of Business Disability Inn and Valuable 500 initiative.Proudly ranked 4.1 out of 5 on Glassdoor for overall employee benefits.We are open to flexible, hybrid working with a combination of on-site & remote working days.Qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.#
