Area Account Executive - Center ItalyJoin to apply for the Area Account Executive - Center Italy role at VusionGroup.As the world's leader in IoT and data technologies for commerce, our mission is to help retailers and brands use digitalization to become more efficient, more intelligent, and more sustainable—and in doing so, enable more positive commerce.VusionGroup is a fast-growing, fast-paced retail tech company.We believe that by thinking big and working together as one team—agile thinkers, tech makers, and change agents—we can build the largest retail IoT platform in the world.Job DescriptionDirectly reporting to the Sales Manager in charge of tier 2 & 3 Italian customers, your overall goal will be to extend the company's customer base in Center Italy.Directly accountable for the entire sales cycle, your main duties will be:Sell all VusionGroup products portfolio by prospecting new clients or developing existing ones (independent retailers and regional retail chains)Monitor indirect sales through partnersMaintain good relationships with local decision-makers and lobbyingWork closely with the Sales Manager to locally implement the sales strategies and referencing agreements negotiated with major independent national or international retailersEnsure a close follow-up of clients once the sale is completed in collaboration with internal departments (Sales administration, etc.)Update regularly the CRM (Salesforce) tools with opportunitiesParticipate in events or trade shows on your perimeterQualificationsPossessing extensive experience (3-5 years) in the sales of technical digital products, including SaaS, IoT devices, and services, you are well-versed in the retail sector.Your exceptional relationship-building skills span from store-level interactions to engagements with C-level executives.You excel in identifying and articulating the value of solutions to individual customers, effectively converting these insights into increased sales.Driven by a passion for sales and a commitment to success, you are highly results-oriented.Your tenacity, organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously are widely recognized.Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily remote, with 80% of your time dedicated to traveling for customer meetings.We are looking for someone based in the area of Bologna or Firenze.The HQ of the company is based in Vimercate, near Milan.BenefitsPay: Competitive pay, shareholder equity, and benefitsSchedule: A flexible, hybrid work scheduleCareer Growth: E-learning opportunities and workshops, and global mobility potentialNot the right opportunity for you?Share this job with a friend or search all careers at vusiongroup.com/careers.#J-*****-Ljbffr
