Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives specializing in Subscription-Based Services' with the unique advantage of working in beautiful GreeceThis role is perfect for individuals looking to combine their passion for customer service with an exciting living experience in a vibrant country.As a customer service representative' you will assist customers in navigating their subscription inquiries while providing exceptional service in Italian.Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries regarding subscription-based services via phone' email' and chat in Italian.- Provide detailed information about subscription options' billing inquiries' and service features.- Assist customers with account setup' modifications' and cancellations as needed.- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.- Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide customers with accurate information.Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is a plus.- Previous experience in customer service' preferably in subscription-based or digital services.- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment while maintaining quality service.- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technologies is desirable.- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as necessary.
