Borgo Pignano Florence is a refined boutique hotel nestled in a 5-hectare park on the picturesque Florentine hills, just minutes from the historic center.Part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection, the property will offer 32 elegant rooms and suites, a private villa, an exclusive spa, a heated pool, two restaurants, and enchanting event spaces.An oasis of relaxation and refinement in the heart of Tuscany.The Night Supervisor oversees the property during the night shift, ensuring guest reception and assistance, hotel security, and the accuracy of end-of-day accounting operations.They report to the Front Desk Manager, ensuring a smooth handover with other departments.They play a key role in delivering impeccable and well-coordinated service even during nighttime hours.Reports to: Front Desk ManagerMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and assisting guests during check-in/check-out throughout the shift.Managing in-house guest requests.Supervising the property, managing and monitoring common areas.Accurate handover and reporting of house status or client-specific information.Daily financial closure, verification of transactions, and preparation of end-of-day and next-day reports in accordance with company operational procedures.Cash handling as per operational procedures.Monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff.Ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all necessary information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations, to maintain service continuity and quality.Ensuring compliance with Borgo Pignano's service standards.Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.RequirementsEnglish: C1, Italian: C2.A third language is a plus.Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.References.Proficiency in hotel management systems (i.e. Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.EU Citizenship or work permit for extra UE citizens.Our OfferFixed-term working contract of 7 months as from June **** according to CCNL Settore Turismo (Federalberghi).40 hours per week over 5 days with two rotating days off.Discount equal to 50% in our sister hotels' restaurant.Internal training on operational procedures and introduction to the Relais & Châteaux circuit.Training on Quality assessment and sector regulations.Welfare credit provided based on guest satisfaction.Company canteen.Uniform and uniform laundry service.No lodging facilitiesWorkplace: Via Bolognese, 89 - FirenzeInvia il tuo CV completo di fotografia e di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n.******** – GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi ****** e ******.Non verranno prese in considerazione candidature che non rispecchino i requisiti richiesti.#J-*****-Ljbffr
