About Hillebrand Gori – a company of DHL Global ForwardingHillebrand Gori is the Beers, Wines, and Spirits Powerhouse within the freight forwarding division of Deutsche Post DHL.Hillebrand was founded as a family business in **** and was acquired by Deutsche Post DHL in March ****.Are you passionate about shipping, beverages, innovation, and customer service?Would you strive daily to offer technological and innovative solutions to support our customers' products throughout their journey, guiding them to their destination?Then Hillebrand Gori, a company of DHL is the place for you.Hillebrand Gori people love what they do.Our people are passionate about logistics and the commodities we ship.We understand how much the logistics process matters to our customers, so they work with them as partners.For more information, visit: Job PurposeDevelop and lead the implementation of HR plans, policies, and processes for Hillebrand Gori Italy.Align HR activities to business needs and provide full HR services support (talent acquisition, talent management, engagement C&B, employee/industrial relations, labor rights, etc.) to achieve business objectives in line with Global HR strategy, industry best practices and local legislation.The role will report directly to the Global Head of HR at Hillebrand Gori, with a dotted-line reporting to the Country Manager of Hillebrand Gori Italy.LocationLivorno, Italy.We are looking for someone based in/near our Livorno office or willing to relocate there.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, in agreement with the country management team, the local HR strategy (long and short term) and policies within overall business context, in terms of talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and training.Lead the implementation of HR plans, policies and processes for the France organization, covering all areas of HR, and aligned with global/ regional guidelines.Guide and advise country management team in all HR topics.Develop and implement HR plans to build high performance, strong organizational culture, attraction and retention of talent, compensation and rewards, process improvement and efficiency.Maintain regular relationship with authorities, local unions and lawyers.Advise, influence and support managers in the effective use of country labor laws/contracts and collective agreements.Support business growth or transformation agenda, effective management of organizational changes, ensuring advise and building organizational capability.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within own country and beyond, including other Hillebrand Gori countries, functions and DHL teams.Drive further integration of HR backoffice activities within DGFF divisionPrepare and monitor local HR budget; manage all relevant costs and expenses of the HR department within the allocated budget.Anticipate, identify and resolve risks or issues to lead successful deployment of HR plans and policiesStakeholdersCommunicate and influence senior business leaders outside of own job area to accept practices and approachesDevelop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across the companyCoordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providersLead discussions and negotiationsQualifications & Key RequirementsFluent in Italian and good proficiency in English are a mustMinimum 8 years of experience, preferably in Logistics sector, with at least 5 years in a management roleDemonstrated experience partnering with senior management and/or executives of the business, preferably in a complex environment e.g. matrixMastery of all HR competencies, including union/employee relations, change management, talent acquisition and management, C&B, training.Balanced focus on strategic and operational HR activitiesExperience in budget management and change management desiredBachelor or Master's degree, preferably in HR, Business Management, or equivalent#J-*****-Ljbffr
