Join MSI – A Global Technology Leader MSI is a world-renowned innovator in computer hardware, delivering high-performance solutions for gaming, content creation, and business.As we expand our presence in the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) sector, we're looking for a drivenRegional Business Development Managerto lead growth in the European market.Your Mission You'll play a key role in building our EVSE business across Italy, with a dual focus on B2B and B2C development.Backed by MSI's strong R&D investment and global reputation, you will shape go-to-market strategies, drive regional partnerships, and be the voice of the customer in product development.Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities and accelerate channel development in the EVSE segment.Build Relationships: Engage with stakeholders, manage key accounts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.Present Solutions: Deliver compelling demos of MSI's hardware/software EVSE portfolio.Lead Proposals: Collaborate with HQ to prepare successful RFP submissions and customer deliverables.Bridge Market and R&D: Collect and share customer feedback to enhance our technology and offerings.What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience inTechnical SalesorBusiness Development.Proven track record in launching new solutions or building business in emerging sectors.Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.Based in or willing to relocate to Italy Availability to travel across the region.Preferred Skills Background in theEVSEorsolar energyindustry.Understanding of EU policies and trends inelectric mobilityandclean energy.Why MSI?Be part of a global brand trusted by millions.Work on cutting-edge products in a fast-growing sector.Join a collaborative team with the resources to make an impact.Ready to power the future of mobility?Apply now and help MSI lead the next wave of smart energy solutions.
