Join our team and shape the future of smart building automationWe are looking for an electronics technician to join ourTechnical customer support team,inLEGNANO, Milano -ItalyKey Responsibilities:Offer remote technical support to installersManagement of the helpdeskOffer in-person or remote customer training on specific products or topicsRMA managementEngagement with technical support functions in foreign countriesThe CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE function interfaces with the technical and production departments to generate product or process improvement feedback.
