Job TitleEnterprise Account Executive - ItalyAbout the companyAt Alma, we are reinventing finance to serve merchants and consumers.We offer instalment and deferred payment solutions that boost sales by up to 20%, increase customer loyalty, and deliver a seamless shopping experience—without encouraging debt.With a team of 340+ people, a €115M Series C funding round, and operations in 10 European countries, Alma is rapidly scaling across Europe.Over 21,500 merchants and 10 million consumers use our solutions.Job DescriptionWe're expanding in the Italian market, and acquiring new Enterprise accounts is a strategic priority.As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base in Italy and contributing directly to Alma's sales success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunities to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.Source leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, strategic partnerships (e.g., Adyen, Stripe, HiPay), referrals, collaboration with the Growth team, and personal network.Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure.Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences in Italy and Europe.Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's growth and scalability.Qualifications2 to 5 years of experience in enterprise sales in the Italian market with a proven track record of success, ideally within fintech or B2B SaaS.Native Italian speaker; fluency in English is mandatory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level buyers.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Recruitment ProcessRecruiter interview (30 min)Hiring Manager interview (45 min)Take-home case study and presentationFinal interview with VP Sales (30 min)Team Fit interview (45 min)Additional InformationContract type: Full-timeLocation: Milan, possible partial remoteEqual Employment OpportunityAt Alma, we believe that diversity drives innovation and strengthens our community.We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.All employment decisions are based on qualifications, experience, merit, and business needs without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.#J-*****-Ljbffr
