ALI Professional per conto di storica realtà leader del settore del Design & Arredamento ricerca una figura di Sales Representative che sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale del mercato dell' EST EUROPA.Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Representative energico e motivato per espandere il settore dell'arredamento B2B dell'est europa.Se hai una passione per il design, una solida esperienza nella vendita e un approccio orientato ai risultati, questa è l'opportunità che fa per teDescrizione Azienda: Azienda leader nel settore dell'arredamento, specializzata nella produzione di soluzioni di alta qualità per il canale contract (hotel, uffici, ristoranti, retail, etc.), B2B e B2C.Il nostro obiettivo è trasformare gli spazi, offrendo design innovativi e prodotti su misura che soddisfano le esigenze dei nostri clienti professionisti.Responsabilità: -Sviluppo Commerciale: Identificare e acquisire nuovi clienti (architetti, interior designer, general contractor, aziende edili).-Gestione Clienti: Mantenere e rafforzare le relazioni con il portfolio clienti esistente.-Presentazione Prodotti: Presentare le nostre collezioni e soluzioni d'arredo, valorizzando la qualità e il design.-Negoziazione e Chiusura: Gestire trattative commerciali, negoziare contratti e chiudere vendite, raggiungendo gli obiettivi prefissati.Requisiti Essenziali: -Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di sales representative, preferibilmente nel settore arredamento B2B contract o in settori affini (edilizia, materiali di finitura).-Eccellenti capacità comunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione.-Autonomia, proattività e orientamento al risultato.-Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, CRM).-Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B1).La conoscenza di una lingua dell'Est Europa sarà valutata come un PLUS.
