Categoria:Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro:Mantova e provinciaAs Global Service Manager, reporting directly to the After Market Director, you will be responsible for leading the Field Service Engineering, Help Desk, and Service Administration teams.You will manage a large team, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and full alignment with service KPIs - all while maintaining a hands-on approach and staying closely connected to field operations.ResponsibilitiesOperational and strategic management of the teamCoordination of the Field Service, Customer Service, Helpdesk, and Service Administration teamsDefinition and monitoring of service KPIs (response times, customer satisfaction, efficiency, profitability)Resource planning and budget management for the business unitCollaboration with commercial and technical departments to ensure an integrated and competitive offeringTeam management, with a focus on training, motivation, and skill developmentDirect interface with strategic clients and international partnersRequisiti10+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the industrial or packaging sectorsStrong leadership and strategic mindset, with proven managerial capabilitiesDeep understanding of aftermarket business models, including spare parts and service sales dynamicsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel internationally and work in dynamic environmentsExperience in entrepreneurial or fast-growing contexts is a strong advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approachResults-driven attitude, focused on performance and continuous improvement#J-*****-Ljbffr
