As a strategic partner to major global industrial groups, the company is recognized for its dynamic nature, consistent year-on-year growth, and a widespread presence across the national territory.To further strengthen their organizational structure, they are currently seeking a Customer Relationship ManagerLocation: Province of Rome, ItalyCompany Size: 1,500+ employeesRevenue: €50M+ (growing YoY)Role Nature: New strategic position to support business expansionYOUR NEW ROLEReporting directly to the Operations Director , you will coordinate and manage relationships with international clients within the Facility Management division, serving as the primary point of contact.Your mission is to bridge the gap between global clients and internal operations, ensuring service continuity, full SLA compliance , and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:Manage relationships with international accounts, utilizing English as the primary language for all professional communications (written and verbal).Act as the daily liaison between the client and the operations teams, ensuring seamless service delivery in accordance with contractual agreements.Monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) .Proactively handle service requests and complaintsSupport contract renewals, service scope variations, and renegotiations.Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients and Top Management .Represent the company in corporate meetings, business reviews, and audits.HARD & SOFT SKILLSProven experience in similar roles (Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or Contract Manager ) within Facility Management or Multi-service companies.Full professional proficiency in English (Mandatory); knowledge of a second foreign language is a significant plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software .Experience managing complex contracts for large multinationals or large-scale industrial/logistics sites.Strong communication, organizational, and strategic problem-solving skills.SALARY & BENEFITSAnnual Salary (Base): €40,000 – €50,000 (commensurate with experience).Contract: CCNL Logistica e Trasporti ; level and seniority to be defined based on the candidate's profile.OUR COMMITMENTdesmo does not use AI-based systems for candidate screening, in full compliance with the Italian and European AI Act , which classifies such activities as High Risk (Level 1).
