As one of the world's largest integrated pulp and paper companies, with over 100,000 employees worldwide, APP delivers quality products to more than 150 countries through world-class manufacturing and a robust international sales network.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Folding Carton (Folding Box Board / FBB) and Food Packaging Board commercial activities across Italy .This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network within the printing, converting, and packaging merchant sectors .Develop and execute the sales strategy for Folding Box Board (FBB) and food packaging grades within ItalyFMCG, food service packaging)Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developmentsProvide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadershipMinimum 4-6 years of sales experience in paperboard, folding carton, packaging board, or related packaging materialsEstablished network of customers in Italy , especially within converting, printing, and food packagingStrong understanding of EU food-contact packaging regulationsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and account management skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel regularly across ItalyFluency in Italian and EnglishBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field preferred#Learn more about our Sustainability Roadmap Vision **** and be part of a team shaping the future of sustainable fibre-based packaging.#Apply now to become a key contributor to our European commercial growth and help deliver next-generation packaging solutions.hiring #salesmanager #FBB #foldingboxboard #packaging #Italy #APPGroup #packagingindustry #commercialroles #careeropportunity
