Randstad Italia Spa ricerca per importante azienda cliente leader nel segmento viaggi di lusso, specializzata nel far scoprire le meraviglie dell'Italia ai mercati esteri, un addetto/a al Customer Relations & Guest Experience.Luogo di lavoro: Milano centroOrario di lavoro: 40 h settimanali su 2 turni: 7-16 ; *****Buoni pastoInserimento diretto in aziendaRetribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€Esperienza2 anniResponsabilitàLe tue responsabilità principali:Gestione Pre-Tour: Accompagnare il cliente dalla prenotazione alla partenza, assicurando che tutta la documentazione di viaggio sia impeccabile e che ogni richiesta speciale sia soddisfatta.Supporto On-Trip: Mantenere il contatto costante con l'ospite durante il viaggio, monitorando la qualità dei servizi in tempo reale e intervenendo prontamente per risolvere imprevisti o esaudire desideri last-minute.Eccellenza e Cura: Curare la relazione umana per garantire il benessere totale del cliente, in linea con i suoi bisogni personali e il suo stile di vita.Feedback & Miglioramento: Gestire il follow-up post-viaggio e condividere i feedback con i reparti interni per elevare costantemente gli standard aziendali.Pianificazione: Gestire e aggiornare i documenti di viaggio e gli strumenti digitali a supporto degli ospiti.QualificheRequisiti necessari:Esperienza: Almeno 1-2 anni nel settore turismo (Hotellerie, TO, agenzie) o nel Retail di lusso, dove il Customer Care è prioritario.Lingue: Padronanza fluente della lingua IngleseSoft Skills: Spiccata creatività, doti relazionali eccellenti, flessibilità e una forte curiosità.Resilienza: Capacità di gestire carichi di lavoro importanti e attitudine al problem solving rapido.Tecnologia: Familiarità con strumenti CRM e applicativi per il supporto ai viaggiatori.Disponibilità: Flessibilità oraria (inclusi i fine settimana) per garantire supporto costante ai clienti durante i tour.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).Livello di studiodiploma di scuola secondaria superiore/certificato IFTS#J-*****-Ljbffr
