Join to apply for theUpsell Team Leaderrole atMioDottoreMioDottore, part of Docplanner Group, a mission-driven healthcare platform serving patients and professionals in 13 countries across Europe and LATAM, develops digital apps and software solutions to streamline healthcare processes.With free doctor reviews, instant online appointment booking, and a network of nearly 2 million healthcare professionals, MioDottore serves over 260,000 customers globally.Backed by leading VCs such as Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine, and Target Global, MioDottore employs more than 500 people and has grown organically since ****, reaching roughly 9.6 M unique patient visits and 3 M bookings each month.It is positioned as the Italian and global healtech operating system.The RoleReporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy.You will act as a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value rather than just a manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approachDefining the upsell strategyacross various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing churnPromoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their businessAnalyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvementWorking closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Productto create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materialsMonitoringweekly and monthlyKPIs, ensuring accurate forecastingWe are looking for3–5 years of experience in sales/customer expansion roles(upselling, inside sales, account management)Ability to lead teams and improve performancethrough coaching, processes, and analysisExperience in SaaS, digital, or tech environmentsAnalytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM(HubSpot/Salesforce)Professional knowledge ofEnglishNice to Have1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teamsfocused on business objectivesExperience selling marketing products(e.g., Google Ads)Interest in the healthcare sectorWhat we offerTotal compensation aligned with your experienceUncapped commission plan
