People Experience Business Partner presso MioDottoreMioDottore, part of Docplanner Group, in a mission to "helping people live longer, healthier lives", is the world's largest healthcare platform, serving patients and healthcare ecosystems in 13 countries across Europe and LATAM.We develop digital Apps and software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients to streamline the healthcare process.Key features include free doctor reviews, instant online appointment booking, and a network of nearly 2 million healthcare professionals servingover 260,000 customers globally.Backed by leading VCs like Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine, and Target Global,MioDottore counts more than 500 peopleand the company has been growing organically since ****, reaching roughly 9.6M unique patient visits and 3M bookings every month.Today is positioned as the Italian and Global healtech operating system.The RoleReporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy.You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approachDefining the Upsell strategyacross various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the churn rate.Promoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.Analyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Productto create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials.Monitoringweekly and monthlyKPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting.We are looking for3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles(upselling, inside sales, account management).Ability to lead teams and improve performancethrough coaching, processes, and analysis.Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech environments.Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM(Hubspot / Salesforce).Professional knowledge ofEnglish language.Nice to Have1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teamsfocused on business objectives.Experience selling marketing products(e.g., Google Ads).Interest in the healthcare sector.What we offerTotal compensation aligned with your experienceUncapped commission plan.
