MioDottore, part of Docplanner Group, in a mission to "helping people live longer, healthier lives", is the world's largest healthcare platform, serving patients and healthcare ecosystems in 13 countries across Europe and LATAM.We develop digital Apps and software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients to streamline the healthcare process.Key features include free doctor reviews, instant online appointment booking, and a network of nearly 2 million healthcare professionals serving over 260,000 customers globally.Backed by leading VCs like Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine, and Target Global, MioDottore counts more than 500 people and has been growing organically since ****, reaching roughly 9.6M unique patient visits and 3M bookings every month.Today it is positioned as the Italian and Global healtech operating system.Job DescriptionThe RoleReporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy.You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approachDefining the Upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the churn ratePromoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their businessAnalyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvementWorking closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materialsMonitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate forecastingQualifications3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales, account management)Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching, processes, and analysisExperience in SaaS, digital, or tech environmentsAnalytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce)Professional knowledge of English languageNice to Have1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams focused on business objectivesExperience selling marketing products (e.g., Google Ads)Interest in the healthcare sectorAdditional InformationWhat we offer??
