Job Description: DXC Technology is looking for a Bid Manager to support mainly our Commercial and Public Sector deals within our Sales Support organization.The Bid Manager provides leadership and guides the teams, stakeholders and clients throughout the engagement life cycle.He performs an active role in the definition and execution of the strategy and client engagement plan.The Bid Manager works with the sales lead in deal qualification activities and client engagement.He leads the pursuit team using Agile methods.Key Job ResponsibilitiesIs SPOC for the client, third parties and partners regarding tender procurement and planning matters;Is part of the pursuit leadership team;Develops, owns and maintains a pursuit plan;Forecasts and requests resource against the agreed plan and client requirements;Develops and manages the pursuit budget within affordability guidelines;Oversees and takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables across all work streams;Responsible for end to end project management of the pursuit, managing risks and issues;Communicates and reinforces sales strategy and client requirements to the pursuit team;Plans, prepares and participates in client meetings, workshops and presentations;Supports sales lead in the interaction with grouping alliance partners;Key Skills And Experience RequiredTypically 3-7+ years of experience in large pursuit management or technical consultative selling, solution/account management, Project Management within ITC sector;Preferable experience in Italy public procurement process;Networking market knowledge (local integrators, vendors, third party service providers);Proven experience in leading multiple remote, cross-disciplinary teams, within a global or complex regional scope;Ability to work as the lead for large complex projects;Adaptive Project Management skills utilizing best method dependent on the size and complexity of the project;Understanding of Technical and solution factors in IT industry, preferably in Applications, Analytics, ITO, Workplace, Security;Familiarity or experience with Agile concepts; PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master certification appreciated;Strong communications skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills;Italian Mother tongue; Fluency in English - both verbal and written (Upper Intermediate / Advanced);First-level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred;Location: Rome with smart working possibility .At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances.We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process.DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.More information on employment scams is available here.#J-*****-Ljbffr
