DXC Technology is looking for a **Bid Manager** to support mainly our Commercial and Public Sector deals within our Sales Support organization.The Bid Manager provides leadership and guides the teams, stakeholders and clients throughout the engagement life cycle.He performs an active role in the definition and execution of the strategy and client engagement plan.The Bid Manager works with the sales lead in deal qualification activities and client engagement.He leads the pursuit team using Agile methods.**Key Job Responsibilities**Forecasts and requests resource against the agreed plan and client requirements; Communicates and reinforces sales strategy and client requirements to the pursuit team; Key Skills And Experience RequiredTypically 3-7+ years of experience in large pursuit management or technical consultative selling, solution/account management, Project Management within ITC sector;Preferable experience in Italy public procurement process Networking market knowledge (local integrators, vendors, third party service providers); Proven experience in leading multiple remote, cross-disciplinary teams, within a global or complex regional scope; Ability to work as the lead for large complex projects; Adaptive Project Management skills utilizing best method dependent on the size and complexity of the project;Familiarity or experience with Agile concepts; PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master certification appreciated.Strong communications skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills; **Location: Rome with smart working possibility.**DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission-critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.The world's largest companies and public sector organizations trust DXC to deploy services to drive new levels of performance, competitiveness, and customer experience across their IT estates.Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at .#J-*****-Ljbffr
