OverviewXylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to advancing sustainable impact and empowering the people who make water work every day.As a leading water technology company with 23,000 employees operating in over 150 countries, Xylem is at the forefront of addressing the world's most critical water challenges.We invite passionate individuals to join our team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The roleXylem is seeking an Indirect Channel Enablement Coordinator who combines strategic discipline with diverse agile cross-functional thinking to help accelerate the growth of our channel partner network.This role is pivotal in managing partner data, streamlining processes, and enabling sales growth through effective channel support and administration.Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, adaptability, and strong collaboration across teams.The ideal candidate will act as a growth catalyst.Principal responsibilitiesExecute on a channel strategy focused on revenue growth, partner success, and market expansion.Maintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities, build actionable plans, and track performance against KPIs.Support onboarding and enablement of new channel partners by conducting market analysis to serve new or growing vertical markets.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of channel programs and promotions.Monitor compliance with channel policies, agreements, and incentive structures.Generate reports and dashboards to track channel performance and highlight areas for improvement.Respond to partner inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable channel growth.Strong collaboration with the local salesforce to ensure the achievement of the business growth defined by the segment strategy.Ensure a higher win rate by performing post-mortem analysis on lost cases with sales.Manage priority among customers with a hunter mindset and proactive approach to effectively ensuring the best quotations and offer follow-ups.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related relevant experience.5 years of experience in channel management/strategy and channel partner program administration.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Salesforce and other systems such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Sales acumen.Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial or infrastructure sectors.Familiarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems.Knowledge of SAP.Soft skillsProactively seeks feedback from peers and managers.Applies new knowledge and technology to improve outcomes.Identifies and mitigates risks.Breaks down problems effectively and applies root cause analysis (RCA).Performs strongly under pressure; leads change with optimism.Travel requirementsUp to 75% travel.LocationNorth Italy, responsible for the entire country.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.Our products impact public utilities, industrial sectors, residential areas, and commercial buildings with a commitment to providing smart metering, network technologies, and advanced analytics for water, electric, and gas utilities.Partner with us in creating a world where water challenges are met with ingenuity and dedication, recognizing the power of inclusion and belonging in driving innovation and enabling us to compete more effectively around the world.Required ExperienceICKey SkillsCorporate Risk Management, Electronics, Infection Control, Bakery, ELV, Accident InvestigationEmployment TypeFull-TimeExperienceYearsVacancy1#J-*****-Ljbffr
