Customer Quality Assurance ManagerLocation:Treviso area, Italy (with international travel)OverviewWe are seeking aCustomer Quality Assurance Managerto join a leading organization operating in thelighting solutions sector. Reporting to theEuropean Customer Care Manager, this role will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for ensuringhigh levels of customer satisfaction across the European product portfolio.The successful candidate will operate in a global environment, combining strong technical expertise with leadership, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and resolvetechnical customer complaintswithin an international business contextProvidehigh-level technical support, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers throughout the resolution processLead in-depthtechnical analysis of returned productsPreparedetailed technical reportsto support customers and internal stakeholdersNegotiate and manage costs related toon-site replacements, balancing economic sustainability with strong customer relationshipsActivate and coordinatecross-functional internal teamsto ensure timely and effective customer responsesCollaborate closely withR&D and Productionteams to prevent recurring quality issuesDefine, monitor, and analyzequality KPIs and metricsto identify trends and improve customer satisfactionDrivecontinuous quality improvement initiativesproactivelyParticipate ininternal and market risk assessmentsrelated to qualitySupport the implementation ofcorrective and preventive actionsin complaint management processesPromote the correct and effective execution ofquality processesacross the organizationCandidate ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree inElectrical/Electronic Engineering, Quality, or a related technical disciplineMinimum5 years of experiencein customer quality management, preferably inlighting or electronics sectorsStrongproblem-solving skillsand a customer-centric approachProven experience inteam leadership and developmentSolid knowledge ofquality management systemsand continuous improvement methodologiesStrong technical expertise inpower electronics and/or LED driver technologyFluent Englishrequired;additional European languages are a plusExperience working ininternational and multicultural environmentsAbility to align internal stakeholders and coordinate across departmentsStrong leadership style with the ability to bridge cultural and communication differencesWork location:Province of Treviso, with availability for international travel.????
