Hybrid Channel Account Manager (Milan, Italy)Our world is transforming, and PTC is leading the way.Our software brings the physical and digital worlds together, enabling companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people in all aspects of their business.PTC is a global team of nearly 7,000, committed to creating opportunities for our members to explore, learn, and grow.We celebrate differences and focus on making a difference in our collective success.Responsibilities and ImpactUnderstanding and addressing the customer's challenges in approaching digital initiatives.Starting from a selected list of prospect accounts and customers, propose and sell the award-winning PTC portfolio technologies (Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer, Vuforia, ThingWorx) in established industries (Discrete & Process MFG), working closely with Channel Sales Representatives and the Partner Sales Director.Day-to-Day ActivitiesDrive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing deals.Build high-level executive/SVP relationship sales and long-term partnership.Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship by expanding current engagements and winning new business divisions.Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients.Engage with the Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators).Perform sales calls at customer sites to find new opportunities.Coordinate with the Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization – Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical Community, and Customer Success Organization).Forecast and assess revenue opportunities competently.\ ?????h3>Preferred Skills and KnowledgeProven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives.Excellent sales acumen and a disciplined hunter attitude.Strong resiliency, self-motivation, and integrity.Knowledge of CAD, PLM, ALM,Increasing, IoT, and ERP solutions is a plus.Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and Italian.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles in Discrete and Process MFG industries.Life at PTCIt's about showing up as you are and working alongside some of the most talented leaders in the industry to transform the world.PTC respects the privacy rights of individuals and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.#J-*****-Ljbffr
