Experis cresceSiamo alla ricerca di una figura di Service ManagerCome Service Manager all'interno del team IT, avrai la responsabilità di garantire la continuità e l'evoluzione dei servizi, interfacciandoti con il business e coordinando fornitori per le attività di analisi, test e rilascio.Sarai punto di riferimento per la gestione delle problematiche applicative e infrastrutturali, con possibilità di spaziare su attività di documentazione, raccolta requisiti, change request e supporto ai processi di logistica.Ruolo di collaborazione a stretto contatto con il team interno, con un percorso di crescita strutturato : inizialmente affiancamento, poi autonomia nella gestione delle attività.RequisitiApproccio Delivery e capacità di coordinamento tra business e fornitoriConoscenze tecniche in ambito connettività di rete, sistemi di magazzino (MES), workflow e ticketingCapacità di organizzare attività, raccogliere e formalizzare requisiti, predisporre piani di testAttitudine alla gestione di problematiche applicative e infrastrutturaliBuone capacità comunicative e relazionaliInteresse per tematiche IT e attitudine alla crescita professionaleConoscenza base di SQL e strumenti di analisi datiBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseNice to haveEsperienza in ambito ERP o sistemi di logisticaFamiliarità con processi di integrazione tra sistemi complessiCertificazioni in ambito cloud o metodologie di project managementOffertaAssunzione a tempo indeterminato.Modalità di lavoroIibrido, presenza in sede di 2 / 3 giorni a settimanaSede di LavoroCampi Bisenzio (FI)#J-*****-Ljbffr
