Future Education Modena (/) is an international EdTech center, with a strong national and European positioning, created to innovate education and bring learning into the 21st century.It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators, and a network of national and international partners.It is organized into 10 strategic learning R&D areas (from neuroscience to artificial intelligence, from environmental science to data science, from game-based learning to advanced design).It has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students in the last four years through 300 original teaching and learning formats.It has launched four EdTech startups and is incubating six more.It organized and manages the Learning More Festival, the first festival dedicated to the frontiers of learning.We bring a radical vision of innovation for the Learning and Human Capital sectors.Joining the Wonderful Education and Future Education Modena team means contributing to the design, offering and acceleration of a system of highly technological and socially impactful educational, training and research projects.Contractpreferably part-time, depending on availability, with the possibility of progression over time.Presence and hybrid work:We don't want distance to be an obstacle to collaboration, but for this type of role we will give priority to people who can easily reach the workplace.Degree ( Master's or Doctorate are preference criteria ) in communication, marketing or related disciplines;5+ years of experience managing communications teams – preferably in fields related to education, training, and innovation;Ability to design and coordinate a communication strategy through different channels (newsletter, social media positioning, events, campaigns, etc.);Solid skills in workflow organization, information management, and the communication activity construction process, including through demonstrated use of technological tools;Deep knowledge of digital tools and social platforms;Experience in managing and operationalizing marketing strategies;Solid knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language;Passion for the content expressed by Future Education Modena (FEM);Excellent interpersonal skills.What you will doDefine the communications plan for Future Education Modena (FEM) and related products and brands, identifying and sharing short- and medium-long-term communication lines and related strategic objectives;Coordinate the communication strategy of FEM and its products through various channels (newsletter, social media positioning, website, events, campaigns);Define and manage the editorial plan of FEM and other projects or products of the FEM ecosystem, supervising and contributing to the production of social channels;Coordinate, in synergy with the ICT team, the definition, updating and development of the digital positioning of Future Education Modena through various tools (website, mailing list, social media, other tools);Manage and intervene directly in the drafting of content and its subsequent publication on various social, web and paper channels - posts, press releases, brochures, posters, banners, advertising pages, newsletters, mailings;Develop together with other team members the marketing strategy for lead generation of users and stakeholders to be involved in the various programs;Analyze and coordinate online (including lead generation campaigns) and offline campaigns;Coordination of the FEM communications team, composed of a Communication Specialist, a Copywriter, two Graphic Designers, a Videomaker and Digital Storytelling Expert, and a Digital Marketer.How can I apply?If you want to work in a place at the forefront of innovation and research in the field of learning and you see yourself in our vision and the features listed here, follow the link and fill out the form.We look forward to hearing from you#J-*****-Ljbffr
