OverviewPer importante realtà aziendale, Adecco Consultant selezione un Agente Fleet By Dealer per Milano.ResponsibilitiesLa risorsa si occuperà di: Sviluppare e gestire un portafoglio clienti B2B (aziende, liberi professionisti, flotte aziendali); Promuovere e vendere veicoli nuovi e soluzioni di mobilità per il canale business; Costruire relazioni durature con clienti e prospect sul territorio assegnato; Raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali concordati con la Direzione; Collaborare con il team interno e partecipare ad attività promozionali/eventi aziendali.QualificationsEsperienza pregressa (almeno 2 anni) nel ruolo di agente o consulente commerciale, preferibilmente nel settore automotive o affiniOttime capacità relazionali e orientamento al clienteAutonomia nella gestione del processo di venditaConoscenza del mercato B2B e delle dinamiche legate alla mobilità aziendaleDimestichezza con strumenti digitali e CRMPartita IVA o disponibilità ad aprirlaWhat we offerMandato diretto con la ConcessionariaAmpio portafoglio prodotti e supporto marketing/commercialeFormazione iniziale e aggiornamenti costantiSistema provvigionale incentivante con bonus al raggiungimento obiettiviAmbiente dinamico e orientato alla crescitaDisponibilità oraria: Full Time#J-*****-Ljbffr
