Coccinelle è alla ricerca di uno/una Shipping Specialist , da inserire all'interno del nostro Dipartimento di Logistica nel HQ di Sala Baganza.Crediamo nelle persone, nelle loro storie e nel contributo unico che ciascuno può offrire.Entrare in Coccinelle rappresenta un'occasione unica per poter trasmettere passione, entusiasmo e lasciare il proprio segno all'interno di un contesto lavorativo in costante evoluzione.La figura risponderà al Senior Logistic & Customs Specialist e si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Revisione degli ordini per determinare i costi di spedizione più metodi di evasione Monitoraggio delle spedizioni utilizzando programmi software per computer come FedEx®, UPS® o DHL® Preparazione di moduli doganali e documenti di spedizione come liste valorizzate, paking list dei colli, fatture, certificati assicurativi e manifesti di trasporto Comunicare con i clienti per rispondere a domande sulle modalità di spedizione o problemi relativi a merci danneggiate preparazione delle etichette di spedizione Collaborare con altri reparti per garantire che gli ordini vengano elaborati in modo rapido ed efficiente Spedire ed importare merci per via aerea, ferroviaria o camion nave utilizzando spedizionieri, con relativa documentazione.Recupero tramite sistema Adm bolle doganali Requisiti: Laurea triennale in materie economiche Esperienza in ruolo analogo di 1/2 anni Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel Flessibilità, curiosità e capacità di lavorare in team Attitudine al problem solving e gestione delle priorità Passione per il settore fashion
