Utilizzando tecnologie innovative, crea il clima perfetto per i clienti in un'ampia gamma di settori.Sviluppa e produce sistemi di climatizzazione a basso consumo energetico per la crescita e lo sviluppo di applicazioni agricole; offre tecnologia all'avanguardia, affidabilità, elevate prestazioni, logistica di livello superiore e il miglior supporto del settore agricolo.Principali responsabilitàIl candidato farà parte del team di Ricerca e Sviluppo e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:definire attività, stabilire priorità e gestire i tempi di progetto in modo efficiente;progettare e sviluppare componenti meccanici e aerodinamici (metallo/plastica),creare distinte base, istruzioni operative e disegni CAD;proporre nuove tecnologie, materiali e componenti a supporto dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e del miglioramento di quelli esistenti;supportare la prototipazione dei prodotti con particolare attenzione alla stampa 3D e ad altre nuove tecnologie di prototipazione;partecipare attivamente e verificare le installazioni presso i clienti (prove sul campo e assistenza clienti), dei prodotti installati e raccogliere feedback utili al miglioramento delle nuove soluzioni adottateRequisiti fondamentali- Laurea triennale in ingegneria meccanica, meccatronica o equivalente, con particolare attenzione agli aspetti fluidodinamici della ventilazione e alla progettazione di prodotti meccanici- 5-10 anni di esperienza nella progettazione fluidodinamica e, meccanica e nella gestione dei progetti- Capacità e autonomia nello sviluppo di prodotti e nella gestione di progetti- Familiarità con i principali software di progettazione 3D- Familiarità con gli strumenti di simulazione (FEM/CFD)- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese, sia parlato che scritto- Disponibilità a lavorare principalmente in loco e a trasferte di breve-medio termine in ambienti come allevamenti e/o serreRequisiti preferenziali- Capacità di analizzare situazioni complesse, identificare rapidamente i problemi e trovare soluzioni efficienti- esperienza in un settore industriale o in un laboratorio tecnologico- esperienza nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di prodotti in plastica- competenze elettriche ed elettronicheCondizioni contrattualiContratto a tempo indeterminato.Il livello contrattuale ed il pacchetto retributivo saranno definiti in base alle competenze possedute dal/dalla candidato/a prescelto/a
