About the CompanyTEON is a technology-driven company that designs, manufactures and commercializes high-temperature heat pumps for large buildings and industrial process applications.The company operates at the intersection of energy efficiency, electrification and industrial decarbonization, supporting clients in the transition from fossil-fuel-based systems to high-performance, low-carbon solutions.As part of its growth strategy, TEON is expanding its commercial presence and partner network, with a strong focus on engineering firms, professional agencies, installers, ESCo and General contractors.About the RoleThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial development of heat pump solutions for residential / commercial buildings and industrial applications across the assigned territory.The role involves high-value, consultative B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification and market development, to technical and economic solution definition, in close collaboration with TEON Technical and Engineering team.The Sales Manager will focus on the development of an indirect sales network and on sales of TEON solutions with medium-to-long sales cycles.This position is ideal for a professional with a solid background in HVAC, residential heat plants and/or industrial energy systems or process heating, who wants to play an active role in the energy transition and large-scale decarbonization projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new commercial opportunities in the assigned territoryBuild and manage a network of partners (engineering firms, professional agencies, installers, ESCo, General contractors)Lead consultative sales activities for large-scale and industrial heat pump projectsStructure, negotiate and close technical-commercial offers and framework agreementsCoordinate with internal Technical and Engineering teams on solution designPrepare monthly sales reports, pipeline updates and project trackingReport to the Sales DirectorQualificationsTechnical or economic university degree and/or diploma (Engineering preferred)5+ years sales experience in HVAC systems / Cogeneration / Boilers / Technical PlantsRequired SkillsProven B2B sales experience in HVAC, energy systems or industrial plant engineeringExperience with energy efficiency projects in large residential/commercial buildings and/or industrial facilitiesStrong consultative selling skills (needs analysis, tailor-made solutions)Ability to manage complex negotiations and long sales cyclesAblity to active listen and to establish relationships with engineering firms, professional agencies, installers, general contractors and industrial clientsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsPreferred SkillsDirect experience with industrial and large-scale heat pumps (high-temperature, water-to-water, geothermal, process heat recovery) and long-term professional relation with channelsKnowledge of integrated energy systems (chillers, cogeneration, thermal storage, BMS)Experience in decarbonization, electrification and industrial heat recovery projectsOngoing exposure to industrial customers and process-driven environmentsStrong business development mindset and ability to open new marketsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary, aligned with experience and qualificationsEqual Opportunity StatementTEON is an equal opportunity employer.
