Applynow for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Campania region , and you will be responsible to install,configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to ComputerTomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) within the designated area.
Your role:
You will have a customer’s face to face relationship. You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenanceon the assigned assets. You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists tosuccessfully implement complex solutions. You will interact with the Customer Care Center and RegionalSupport Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues. You will report in a timely manner all potential issue to the dedicatedComplaint UnitYour expertise:
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions Resident in Campania area. Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in Electronic. Digital Healthcare general knowledge. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Windows, Excel, Word knowledge. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy asneeded. Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally inother Regions and abroad. Who we are:
