Luogo di lavoro: Milano Sud

 

Orario: Dal lunedì al venerdì, 8 ore lavorative con flessibilità di ingresso tra le 8:30 e le 9:30 e di uscita tra le 17:30 e le 18:30

Di cosa ti occuperai?

Facendo parte del team Customer Service Engineer avrai la possibilità di partecipare alle diverse fasi dell'installazione di impianti fotovoltaici e di sistemi energetici e in particolare ti occuperai di:

 

  • Supporto tecnico da remoto a clienti e partner sulle soluzioni in ambito fotovoltaico (inverter di stringa, sistemi di accumulo, sistemi di ottimizzazione e gestione di potenza)

  • Gestione del sistema di ticketing interno

  • Monitoraggio della qualità e del funzionamento delle soluzioni utilizzate da clienti e partner

  • Presentazione dei servizi di supporto tecnico offerti rispetti ai prodotti dell'azienda durante fiere, workshop ed eventi di vario genere
