  • Impostare e organizzare l'Ufficio Commerciale delle strutture alberghiere del Gruppo;
  • Implementare e gestire le strategie commerciali che consentano di massimizzare i ricavi delle vendite;
  • Determinare e sviluppare le attività di marketing communication strategy, in collaborazione con le Agenzie di comunicazione;
  • Identificare le opportunità di pubbliche relazioni e coordinare le attività per ampliare le strategie di marketing;
  • Pianificare gli obiettivi di vendita nel breve, medio e lungo periodo;
  • Sovrintendere la predisposizione di Sales & Marketing budget;
  • Collaborare con i vertici aziendali per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;
  • Dirigere i managers dei dipartimenti aziendali dell'Ufficio Commerciale (sales, marketing, revenue e booking);
  • Pianificare, partecipare e rappresentare il Gruppo ad eventi locali-nazionali-internazionali, fiere, work-shop e manifestazioni di settore ove richiesto con organizzazione agenda, report degli appuntamenti e contatti realizzati;
  • Partecipare quando richiesto a tutti i progetti esistenti e futuri delle strutture alberghiere del Gruppo.



  • Laurea in Economia e Management/Economia Aziendale/Marketing/Master di secondo livello in Business Administration o similare;
  • Esperienza nel medesimo ruolo maturata presso catene/gruppi alberghieri e non unicamente presso un'unica struttura;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese fluent, seconda lingua per business;
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei mercati commerciali degli Hotel 4, 5 stelle e 5 stelle lusso;
  • Conoscenza dei maggiori clienti e operatori del mercato Luxury e Life style hospitality;
  • Business intelligence per posizionamento Hotels e per nuove opportunità di business;
  • Gestione progetti di marketing e branding e media plans;
  • Gestione PR agencies e valutazione budget commerciale sia per costi che struttura;
  • Disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte;
  • Leadership, Empatia, motivazione e flessibilità.

Il/La candidato/a sarà alle dipendenze della Management Company di Gruppo, dirigerà l'intero Ufficio Commerciale e riporterà direttamente alla Proprietà. Dovrà coordinare le risorse interne e avrà come obiettivo l'incremento del fatturato delle strutture alberghiere di Gruppo, attraverso un'attenta analisi di mercato finalizzata alla ricerca di nuove prospettive, con politiche commerciali e di marketing particolarmente mirate.
