Your tasks :

Part of the customer success team in Italy

 

Your role will be to :

·       Qualify, prioritise and resolve all requests sent to product support;

·       Manage customer expectations, to optimise the perception of quality in processing;

·       Ensure proactive and exemplary communication with customers and internally (Sales, Projects, Development);

·       Use Freshdesk, Freshcaller and Jira rigorously and optimally;

·       Use all means to resolve all tickets as quickly as possible, while prioritising appropriately;

·       Ensure that tickets are followed up (by email or telephone) vis-à-vis the customer and internal staff;

·       Participate in any assignment or activity entrusted to you by your manager and management.

Profile required:

  • Italian native speaker
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
