For our department Sales our location San Giuliano Milanese we are looking for you as:

Sales Order Administrator (m/f/d)

What challenges can you expect?

Advising customers on commercial matters and simple technical issues Preparing offers and order confirmations in accordance with agreed customer specifications, taking into account customer-specific delivery and payment conditions and export regulations. Entering the data relevant to the offer/order in ERP / CRM and master data Keeping and maintaining digital files. Carrying out internal and external correspondence in accordance with general instructions Coordinating with the regional team in regard to special customer procedures (e.g. special prices, conditions, designs, export regulations, backlogs, open invoices, etc.) Supporting customer orders during processing Monitoring contracts with customers and agents of the Reinhausen Group. Tracking offers within the framework of the defined processes

What do we expect from you?

Min. diploma in commercial or technical area (e.g. industrial or business). Sales experience and good technical understanding are advantageous. Spoken and written fluency in local language and English; additional language skills desirable PC skills (e.g. SAP or comparable ERP system, Office, etc.) Strong customer orientation, good communication skills Process and system understanding Willingness to travel if necessary
